My experience at the McDonald dealership was absolutely outstanding, exceptional, leaving nothing to be desired. My salesman, Nate Hager went above and beyond to help me, advise me, and find the perfect car for me.

My story starts at a car shop. I had a 2004 subaru forester and had just had a considerable amount of work done to it. It started acting up again horribly shortly after. I took it to a subaru specialist. I had a feeling there might be more work needed than I wanted to invest. I called a friend who owns a dealership in Connecticut, where I am from and asked him which new cars are the best right now. What would he suggest I look into if I decide not to fix my car? He told me hands down Hyundai. They have a great warranty and are making great cars. He said they have surpast their competetors.

So, while in the waiting room, I looked up a Hyundai dealership near by and called to inquire about a new or newish Hyundai. Nate Hager answered my call and listened to my situation. He then drove all the way to the subaru specialist car shop, so that I wouldn't have to ride the bus. (good thing because I might have ended up in Wyoming having never taken the bus) He then spent the entire day getting to know me, learning what I really needed, wanted, and liked in a car. Nate gave me a tour of every car that could possibly meet my needs/standards and a few that meet my dreams like the equus. In the end I left in a beautiful 2011 hyundai sonata.

My day started as a stressful nightmare with a burden of a car and not knowing what to do and it ended up with a weight being lifted off of my shoulders. I feel very happy and confident that Nate Hager helped me beyond his duty as a sales man and put me in the best car for me. I love my sonata and I loved my service at McDonald Hyundai. I love my warranties and my built in blue tooth. The list of xoxoxo's goes on and on. I will recomend Nate and the team at McDonald Hyundai to anyone looking or concidering a new car.

P.S. The fresh free coffee all day was amazing as well :)

Absolutely outstanding service.  Took over 4 hours to complete the deal from test drive to signing the papers but Ken made the experience very tolerable.  Explained everything in detail and never seemed to talk down to us at all.  Was extremely courteous and explained everything in a manner which mad sense.  Would HIGHLY recommend McDonald and Ken to anybody.  In fact, once our friends see this new 2011 Sonata Hybrid, I will steer them to Ken.  Great job!

I moved here from Colorado Springs several months ago and was dreading looking for a Hyundai dealership to service my vehicle. After searching the Internet and reading all the great reviews about McDonald Hyundai I decided to check them out. Although they are about 30 min from where I live in Arvada I would drive twice that distance if I could find a dealership that I felt comfortable with. I just paid my second visit there the day before Christmas Eve. I found late in the day that I had a headlight burned out and knew that I would be waiting at least 3-4 days to have it replaced if I couldn't get it in somewhere. I called McDonald Hyundai and David Paraday answered the phone. He told me that they would replace the bulb for me that evening if I could leave here right away. Little did I know that the dealership was already closing as we spoke! There was never any mention that he would have to stay after closing..only that it was their goal to provide good customer service.  When I arrived David had the service ticket, had the bulb ready, replaced it and I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes!! You guys are awesome, your customer service is outstanding and I will continue having my vehicle serviced there! Thank you.

Everything about our experience with McDonald Auto Group was fantastic!  From the sales staff, the finance folks and the managment team, everyone treated us so well.  We were unable to find the car we were looking for though our local Hyundai dealership, so we got online and found McDonald Hyundai.  We were able to complete the negotiations over the phone, and we got such a fair deal from McDonald, it was well worth the trip to Denver from Nebraska.  Thanks to all for the amazing service and fair deal!  Go see them when you need a car, you won't be sorry!

 My son's 2003 Accent had to be towed to Mcdonald Hyundai.  We needed a new transmission which was covered under our extended warranty.  Lance was extremely responsive, took care of all the paper work and communicated regularly about the status of the repairs.  I was impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and the high level of work.  We had the car back in 48 hours, and it was a great experience.  i have owned many cars in several states and dealt with a lot of dealerships.  This was one of the best experiences I have ever had!
